Lily Buco

Undergraduate Researcher

Lily Buco is pursuing a degree in Allied Health Sciences on the Pre-Physician Assistant track. Her interests center around the connection between environmental health, human health, and disease prevention. In Dr. Ryberg’s lab, she is excited to gain hands-on research experience while contributing to projects focused on environmental health and the development of practical solutions to improve public health.
Outside of research, Lily works as a medical assistant in dermatology, where she has gained experience working directly with patients and seeing the clinical side of healthcare. She is passionate about pursuing a career as a physician assistant and is especially interested in continuing to expand her knowledge through research, clinical experience, and community involvement.
