Annice Proud

Undergraduate Researcher


Annice Proud is a junior studying molecular and cell biology. She joins Dr. Ryberg’s lab to investigate sustainable disinfection of drinking water using sunlight and reactive oxygen species. Annice is interested is the intersection of public health and molecular biology, particularly how research can help address pressing human health concerns. Outside of lab, she tutors chemistry, volunteers in the community, and enjoys running around campus.
