Ezel Arslan

Undergraduate Researcher

My name is Ezel Arslan, and I’m a second-year Honors Molecular and Cell Biology student following the premed track. I like traveling, playing volleyball, volunteering in clinical settings, reading, watching movies/TV shows, and watching professional soccer games with my family. I am involved in other campus organizations like the Women in Math Science Engineering (WiMSE) Learning Community, NEXUS Health, and Turkish Student Alliance. I also currently serve as a First Year Experience (FYE Mentor) to help new students navigate through their first-year. With my previous research experience primarily focused on public health, I am excited to broaden my research background by developing hands-on wet-lab skills in Dr. Ryberg’s lab.
